Return and Refund Policy for Anna Flowers

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

2. Refunds

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • A claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect product) is provided.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized floral arrangements are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Sale items or promotions may not be eligible for refunds and are subject to specific terms.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

After this period, cancellations may not be guaranteed, and charges may apply.
